Fred Wookey Jr. – President and Owner

  Fred founded Management Results, Inc. (MRI) in 1986. Prior to forming MRI he directed the supply, refining and distribution of the Lubricants business for Sun Company. He managed Sun’s national customer service group. During Fred’s time with Sun he led one of the earliest corporate efforts at developing an ERP solution and also led a corporate merger.

 In 1983 The Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce asked Fred to take on a very unusual assignment – lead the business and administrative functions of The School District of Philadelphia to bring a business perspective to a large and troubled public institution. He received acclaim for his success in bringing fiscal stability and labor peace. As a consultant, he has worked with many companies across a wide spectrum of engagements; including assignments in marketing, manufacturing and logistics. MRI’s client base includes a large number of chemical blenders, chemical distributors, food firms and private and public utilities.

Fred Wookey III - Senior Management Consultant

Fred is an experienced senior implementation consultant with 20 years of experience in both the private and public sectors. Over the course of his career Fred has worked in the private sector for ATOFINA, a major petrochemical company, in sales and customer service. He has lead software implementations and developed specific solutions for a diverse customer base.

For his formal education Fred received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Heidelberg College in 1991.

Typical responsibilities have included charting and analyzing business processes to position the client for continuous improvement, implementing the appropriate software solutions, developing functional specifications for integrations, and building software products. Assignments have included enterprise wide applications, including multiple Chempax engagements, maintenance management systems, and business optimization products.

Most recently he has worked closely with Datacor to refine the bar coding and handheld computing capabilities of Chempax. He has also developed extensive supporting reporting routines and a large library of training materials. He led the development of MaintenanceLink, our CMMS/GIS integration product. This has included market research and marketing analysis in order to develop functional specifications that meet current demand.

Fred brings strong project management, communication, organization, and analytical skills to our customer base. His continuing education includes certified Microsoft training in Microsoft Access and Microsoft Visual Basic as well as various implementation methodologies with our software partners
