Transaction Flow

Making informed business decisions requires accurate, timely, information.  Maintaining an ERP system as an after the fact accounting system does not help drive business decision making.  Your investment in technology must be coupled with timely transaction recording in order for you to fully realize the benefit of your investment.

As a tool to measure how well companies are managing their information we report on the status of transactions to identify missing or late items.

For example:

Have items shipped but not been invoiced?

Have materials arrived but not been received?

Has production occurred that has not been reported?

Whenever theses types of transactions are getting behind there are serious concerns about data integrity.  Inventories are off, cash flow is slow, etc.
